Transformation Weekend Master Trainer

Transformation Weekend holds a very special place in my heart.

In 2010 I walked into the very first live event as the CEO of a brand new wig business, not knowing what I was 'in for', but wanted to support my friend who had created an event that was like no other (so I had heard).

When I sat down with a couple of my friends and allowed myself to be present for the day, I didn't know it at the time, but I had given my heart the greatest gift - the gift to grow.

Over the next 7 years I attended every single yearly event, putting into practice what we learned which resulted in a life I could have only imagined.

  • I consistently hit my business goals, helping amazing women along the way as I raised 2 babies at home with a road working hubby.

  • I was able to let go of the pain from my past which allowed me to see my true worth as a bald girl, and embrace who I am.

  • After seeing that my last year as the CEO I was all of a sudden in the red, I realized I had started coaching women out of buying wigs from me, and instead helped them see their worth exactly as they are - so I sold my wig company.

  • I created my coaching & speaking business, helping women break through and let go of what holds them back.

After 7 years of being an attendee, I was offered the opportunity to become part of the team that literally changed my life.

As one of your team leaders for the past 4 years, you can find me in the event room with my fanny pack of awesomeness, cheering you on as you do the work for yourself.

I try to be one of the first people to greet you with a smile as the doors open, dance the silliest as we always do, cheer the loudest, take sneaky selfies on your phones, drop anonymous love bombs on your table, and be the last to give you a heart to heart hug at the end.

Speaker & Life Coach

I am a true believer that our greatest strengths & gifts comes from what we once thought would break us.

With my background in business management, being paired with excellent customer service skills (and not to mention doing the actual self development work on myself!), I am able to help women let their guards down to open up and bravely face what holds them back.

Speaking about my own story enables me to connect with my audience, who may not experience hair loss, but can relate to other parts of themselves that don't feel good enough. With my heart wide open, I share how I was able to go from destructive self hate, to limitless self love - and how you can find it for yourself too.

Me & Mine

Living in Calgary, AB with my husband, 2 boys and our fur baby, you can usually find me sitting in a cold hockey arena cheering the loudest for my boys, or bundled up around a campfire with friends laughing.

Things haven't always been this happy though.

I was 9 years old when my mom found my first bald spot, and my

life drastically changed. I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease

called Alopecia, and there was a very real chance that all of my hair would fall out - and that's exactly what happened.

Everyday was a struggle as I dealt with bullying from my peers, comments and stares from strangers, and the unknown of what was going to happen in the future.

As I got older I began working on my self esteem, surrounding myself with supportive people, attending motivational events, and finally working on the pain of my past.

I've turned all the negatives from my past into positives for the future, and I finally let go of the pain, which enabled me to find my confidence.

Knowing how it feels to live in a body that doesn't fit societies idea of what 'beautiful' is, has given me the greatest gift - compassion.

Truly understanding how hard it is to show up authentically, but knowing it's possible enables me to create a heart felt connection with everyone I meet, which is what drives me to always do more.

If I can do it, I know it's possible for you too.

I can show you how.
